9 Liability Limits

CR777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Device damage or user data loss resulting from use of the platform.
• Delayed or failed financial transactions caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

CR777's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

CR777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for the following reasons:
